Alleged rape case worker initials RB (46) involving the Minister of Information, Communication, and Culture of Malaysia, Rais Yatim will be prosecuted National Board for Placement and Protection of Indonesian Workers (BNP2TKI).

Jumhur said until now there has been no report to the police either in Malaysia or in Indonesia.
"However, the government must provide protection for workers and citizens wherever he was. Therefore, if the victim feels aggrieved BNP2TKI ready to facilitate settle this case in accordance with applicable laws," he said.
BNP2TKI, Jumhur said, will coordinate with the Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and the relevant parties, to resolve the case.(Ant)
